The calendar offers you new tools for managing your commitments more effectively. Use the enhanced week view to see the week’s schedule in detail.
Open Calendar
Open the calendar by pressing Menu and then selecting Organiser and Calendar. If there are any notes set for the day, the day is in bold type.
See the calendar as week view
- Press Options and select Week view.
- Use the scroll keys to navigate in the week view.
- Press View to display the notes.
Add notes
- Press Options and select Make a note.
- Scroll to the desired type of note and press Select.
- Enter the subject and other needed information. If an alarm is set for the note, the indicator is displayed when you view the notes.
Modify calendar settings
- Press Options and select Settings
- Select the desired option to set the date, time, or the first day of the week. In the Auto-delete option, you can set the phone to delete old notes automatically after a specified time. However, the repeat notes, for example, birthday notes, will not be deleted.
Alarm for a note
- Press Snooze to delay the reminder 5 minutes.
- Press View to display the note. With a call note on the display, you can call the displayed number by pressing
