Get the latest version of Ovi Maps
Download the current version of Ovi Maps for the latest features and improvements
Follow these 3 steps to get the latest version of the Maps application on your Ovi device.
1) Update your device's software
Before you download Maps, check that your device’s software is up to date.
Check for updates at europe.nokia.com/softwareupdate.
2) Get the latest version of the Maps application
There are 4 ways to get the latest version of the Maps application:
Use Software Update on your device
Some Nokia devices include the Software Update application, which checks for new versions of Maps and other software.
To check for updates, do one of the following (depending on your device model):

Select Menu > Applications > Tools > SW update, OR

Select Menu > Applications > SW update, OR

Select Menu > Install. apps. > SW update, OR

Select Menu > Applications > App. Update, OR
-
Enter #0000# from the Phone application
If you can’t find the software update application, check your device’s user manual.
Select the updates you want to install and follow the on-screen instructions.

Use your device to download from the Ovi Store
You can download Maps for free from the Ovi Store. On your device, start Ovi Store and search for Maps.
You need a Nokia account to use Ovi Store. Registering for an account is free.

Use Nokia Ovi Suite on your PC
If you use a PC, Nokia Ovi Suite can check your current version of Maps and download new versions when they become available.

Open Ovi Suite and connect your device

Select Tools > Software updates. Nokia Ovi Suite shows details of any available updates
Download to your PC or Mac
Use the Compatibility and download wizard from your PC or Mac to get the latest version of the Maps application for your device. This will download a file ending in .sis.
Install Maps by copying this file to your device and opening it

Tip: Upgrading the Maps application with Nokia Ovi Suite also updates your street maps.
