Once you have correctly put on your Polar for Nokia heart rate belt and paired your heart rate monitor with your Nokia mobile device, you can monitor your heart rate during a workout by scrolling down to view the heart rate histogram. An easy workout is marked in blue, moderate in green, and hard in red - so you can see at a glance how challenging your workout is. The parameters for these levels are defined in the heart rate settings.
