Saving routes

If you regularly use the same route for your workout you can save it to your device making it easier for you to refer back to, allowing you to enjoy your favourite ones over and over. Saving a route also allows you to see summary information about workouts using that route so you can chart your progress.


1. Select Training Diary, the day from the calendar, and the workout. Then select
    Options > Save as a route to save the route to your device
2. Select Routes to view the saved routes
3. Select the required route from the list to view
4. Scroll up and down to browse the route details
5. Scroll left and right to browse the routes
6. Select Options > Upload to service to upload the route to the Nokia Sports Tracker
    2.0 web service
7. Select Options > View workouts to view the workouts related to the route
