After strapping on your Polar for Nokia heart rate belt and paring it with your device, you can monitor your heart rate and analyse your workout from the convenience of your Nokia mobile device.
1. Select Settings > Heart Rate > HR belt in use to enable and disable heart rate (HR)
monitor functionality. Restart the application after changing this setting and check
that the heart rate is shown in the top of the Nokia Sports Tracker screen
2. Select Settings > Heart Rate > Activities using HR to enable HR monitoring for an
activity
3. Monitor your heart rate during a workout with HR monitoring enabled. Your heart rate
is shown on the default monitoring screen, which also shows a colour-coded heart
symbol
Analyse your heart rate on the Workout Summary screen shown after the workout has been stopped. Select Options > Switch orientation to change the screen’s orientation.
