1. Select Menu > Contacts, and scroll to the contact you want to add to the group.
2. Select Options > Mark/unmark > Mark.
3. Select Options > Group > Add to group.
• Choose Create new group, and enter a name for the group or choose an existing group from the list.
4. If you want to make a conference call to the group, also define the following:
• Conf. service number – Enter the conference call service number.
• Conf. service ID – Enter the conference call ID.
• Conference service PIN – Enter the conference call PIN code.
• To make a conference call to the group using the conference service, select the group, scroll right, and select Call conf. service.

You can add an image to your contact. The image is shown when the contact calls you. You can use an image taken with your device’s camera or an image transferred to your device. Save the image to your device’s Gallery first.

1. Select and open the desired contact in Contacts.
2. Select Options > Add image.
3. You get a list of images saved to your gallery. Scroll to the image you want to choose and press Select.

Set a personal ringing tone

You can easily recognise who is calling you by setting different ringing tones for your contacts. By using personal ringing tones with a contact group, you can differentiate your business contacts from your personal contacts.

1. 1. Select and open the desired contact in Contacts.
2. 2. Select Options > Ringing tone, and choose the ringing tone you want to set from the list.

To add a ringing tone for a contact group, scroll to the contact group and select Options > Group > Ringing tone, and choose the ringing tone you want to set from the list.
