Personalise your phone

You can easily make your phone look and sound like yours by personalising the views in different ways, changing the ringing tones and adding wallpapers. Adjust the settings to make the use of your phone easy for you.

Personalise a profile

Your phone has various setting groups called profiles, which you can customise with ringing tones for different events and environments.

To adjust a profile:

Select Menu > Settings > Profiles, the desired profile, and choose from the following options:

  • Activate – Activate the selected profile.
  • Personalise – Change the profile settings.
  • Timed – Set the profile to be active for a certain time. When the time set for the profile expires, the previous profile that was not timed becomes active.
Change the music player look

Your phone provides several themes to change the look of the music player:

  1. Select Menu > Media > Music playe
  2. From the music player, select Go to Music player > Options > Settings > Music player theme and one of the listed themes. The virtual keys may change depending on the theme.
Set your own photo as wallpaper

You can set your own photo to be your personal wallpaper in your device:

  1. Select Menu > Gallery > and scroll to the desired image.
  2. Select Options > Use image > Set as wallpaper.
  3. You have several options to fit your image to the screen: Centre, Fit to display, Rotate left and Rotate right.
  4. Confirm your selection by pressing Select.
Create your own shortcuts

With personal shortcuts you get quick access to frequently used functions.

To change the function assigned to a shortcut key:
  1. Left or right selection keys – Select Menu > Settings > My shortcuts > Left selection key or Right selection key.
    • Select the desired function from the list and press Select.
  2. Navigation key – Select Menu > Settings > My shortcuts > Navigation key.
    • Scroll to the desired direction, and select Change and a function from the list.
  3. Go to – If your left selection key is Go to, you can change the function that opens when pressing it. Select Go to > Options and choose from the following functions:
    • Select options - to add or remove a function.
    • Organise – to rearrange the functions.
Dialling shortcuts

You can quickly call the contacts you use the most by setting the numbers as speed dialling numbers (numbers 2-9 on your keyboard)

To assign a number to speed dialling:
  1. Select Menu > Contacts > Speed dials.
  2. Scroll to the desired number and select Assign.
  3. Enter the desired number, or select Search and a saved contact.
  4. Confirm by pressing Ok.
To switch the speed dialling function on:
  1. Select Menu > Settings > Call > Speed dialling > On.

To make a call using speed dialling while in the standby mode, press and hold the desired number key.
