If you are unable to send and receive MMS, try these simple steps.
- Check if the MMS settings (for example, MMS access point) are correct in your device. These settings are sent by the operator or service provider. See Operator or service provider settings.
- Operators usually set a limit for the size of a picture message. If you need to send a picture that is large in size, you can resize it before it is sent. See Image size.
- Contact your operator or service provider to confirm whether:
- Data plan is activated on your SIM card.
- Roaming is activated when you are not in your home network.
