Gain instant access to your personal and work email accounts and enjoy comprehensive push email support.

To send and receive emails, you must have an active network connection and a mail account with a mail service provider. For the correct settings, contact your mail service provider.

First tap > Email > New account to set up your email.

Next define the following:

Region - Select your country or region.

Service provider - Select your mail service provider. If your mail service provider is not listed, select Other and fill in the required fields.

Account title - Enter a title for the account.

Name - Enter your name. This name is displayed in the sender field of sent messages.

User name and Password - Enter your user name and password for the mail service. They are needed when you log in to your mailbox. If you leave the password field empty, you're prompted for a password when you try to connect to your mailbox on the mail server.

E-mail address - Enter your email address. It must contain the @ character. Replies to your messages are sent to this address.

Mail for Exchange

Follow these easy steps to access your work email on your device.

First, you'll need a Mail for Exchange account. Please note that your company needs to have a Microsoft Exchange Server to set up Mail for Exchange.

To set up an account, select > Email > New account.

Next define the following:

E-mail address - Enter the e-mail address.

User name – Enter your user name.

Password - Enter your password.

Domain - Enter the domain name. This field is not mandatory.

Server - Enter the server address.

Port - Enter the port number for Mail for Exchange server connection. The field is pre-filled with the standard HTTPS Mail for Exchange port number.

Secure connection - Select this option if you want to use a secure connection.

Now select Synchronize email on the synchronise content page. You can also select Synchronize calendar, Synchronize tasks, and Synchronise contacts from this page.

Select Finish.

After taking a picture or recording a video, you can immediately attach it to an email and send it to your friends. In the post-capture mode tap > Send via E-mail.

For first time users, it will only take a few moments to set up your email. Select Next in the Account setup Wizard and follow the onscreen instructions. If you've already set up your email, the Email application will automatically open along with a new message and the attached image or video.

To send a picture at a later point, tap and then . Choose a photo and tap the image to go from view mode to edit mode. Select and Send via E-mail.

To transfer a video another time, tap and then . Select and choose the video you want to share. Now tap and Send via E-mail.
