The on-screen virtual keyboard is not activated by default. To active the on-screen keyboard, tap the Application menu icon, and select Settings > Text input and select Use virtual keyboard check box. Remember to save the changes before exiting. When you have activated the virtual keyboard, tap any text entry field and the text input area appears on the touch screen and displays one of the keyboards.
Note! When the integrated keyboard is in use, the virtual keyboard is disabled.
You can also move the cursor on the web page as if using a normal mouse. This mode can be used, for example, when moving the cursor on a map, where information on a location is displayed when you point to it for a predefined period of time. To use this mode, start dragging from the left of the touch screen onto the screen. The 'arrow' icon is displayed. Tap the icon (icon changes to 'red line crossed arrow'). To select an item when using this mode, use the space or shift key.
To exit this mode, tap the 'red line crossed arrow' icon.
The Instant messaging application does not support file transfer.
You need to place the back cover on your device and press it into place to enable the memory card in the internal memory card slot. Removing the back cover of your device will disable the internal memory card, and you can remove it when the device is on.
