S60 Nokia Messaging for instant messaging

To use Nokia Messaging for instant messaging, you must first open the application on your mobile device. On most devices, the application should be available by selecting Menu > Installation > Chat. If you don’t have Nokia Messaging for instant messaging on your device, you can download it from the Ovi Store at store.ovi.com.

When you open Nokia Messaging for instant messaging, a list of available “communities” is displayed. Select the community or communities you want to sign in to. To sign in, you will need to have:

• an existing account with the chosen IM community
• your existing sign-in credentials, such as user name, screen name, or e-mail address
• your password

Get started using Nokia Messaging for instant messaging:

1. Open Nokia Messaging for instant messaging on your mobile device.
2. Select the community to which you want to sign in.
3. Enter your user name or screen name and password.
4. Select Sign In.
