Nokia Maps

Maps and voice navigation data – including regular updates – are free with Maps version 3.03 or above. To find out which version you have, start Maps and select Options > About.

Even if your device doesn’t support free navigation, you should upgrade to the latest version of Maps to make sure you’re getting the best performance, coverage and functions available.

To make sure you’re using the latest version of Maps for your device, choose your device in the compatibility tool and follow the instructions on screen.

To avoid mobile data transfer costs, you can download the latest maps and voice guidance files to your computer using Nokia Suite (Nokia Map Loader for MAC) and then transfer and save them to your phone.

• Download and install Nokia Suite (for PC) from http://europe.nokia.com/support/download-software/nokia-ovi-suite.
• Download and install Nokia Map Loader (for Mac) from http://europe.nokia.com/support/product-support/maps-support/compatibility-and-download#/default/.



Note!
Save new maps to your device before a journey, so you can browse the maps without an internet connection when travelling abroad. A USB connection is faster than a Bluetooth connection for transferring large files such as voice guidance and maps.
