Working with attachments
Mail for Exchange does not automatically download e-mail attachments to your mobile device.
To retrieve and open attachments:
The attachment will only open if your device has the application that is associated with it.
Saving attachments
You can also save attachments to your device by highlighting the attachment from the list and selecting Options > Save.
Deleting attachments
To delete a downloaded attachment from your mobile device, highlight the attachment from the list and select Options > Remove.
Attaching files
To include an attachment in an e-mail, select Options > Insert. Then select the location of the file you want to attach and the file itself.
