Mail for Exchange

Working with e-mail

After you synchronise e-mails for the first time, Mail for Exchange automatically creates an e-mail folder called Mail for Exchange.

If you have Mail for Exchange 3.0, any folders you have created synchronise along with the inbox and the sent e-mail folder. You can also move e-mails from one folder to another and view HTML e-mail. Deleted items and the outbox will not synchronise.

To access your e-mail, select Messaging > Mail for Exchange on your mobile device.

Using your e-mail

To open an e-mail message in the Mail for Exchange folder, select the message. If a message is very large, only a portion of it will download automatically. To      download the rest, select Options > Fetch or keep scrolling to the bottom of the      message until the remainder of the message body is downloaded.

To reply to a message select Options > Reply.

To forward a message select Options > Forward.

To delete a message select Options > Delete.

To use information from a message such as e-mail addresses, numbers, and URLs select Options > Automatic find on.

To follow up a message with flags select Options > Follow up flag.

To compose a new message, select Options > Create message > E-mail or Options > Create message > Mail for Exchange (the exact wording depends on      your device).

To send an e-mail select Options > Send.

To change the headers (Cc, Bcc and Subject) select Options > Additional headers.

To specify delivery settings select Options > Sending options.

To search for a contact’s e-mail address enter a few letters of the contact’s name and select Options > Check names.

To insert text from your Templates folder select Options > Insert.
