iSync for Mac OS X

Synchronise your data using iSync

Connect your device to your Mac

To use iSync, first connect your Nokia device to your Mac using Bluetooth or a USB cable.

If your device can sync via either method, you’ll be asked to choose USB or Bluetooth when you add a new device. This will then be your default way of syncing for that device. If you want to change it, you’ll need to remove your Nokia device from iSync and add it again, choosing the other connection method.

Add your device to iSync

  1. Connect your Nokia device to your Mac using Bluetooth or USB
  2. Start iSync from the Applications folder on your Mac Start iSync
  3. Select Add device from the iSync menu Select Add device
  4. Choose your Nokia device from the list – it will then appear in the iSync window Choose device

Choose what to synchronise

  1. Start iSync from the Applications folder on your Mac
  2. Select your Nokia device in the iSync window. iSync displays the options available for your device, including:
    • turning synchronisation on and off
    • which calendars and contacts to synchronise
