You can turn your Nokia E63 into a navigator by connecting it to a Bluetooth GPS device. With a GPS device you are able to explore the Nokia Maps GPS features and position yourself on the map. You can also set your destination in Maps and let the voice-guided directions help you find your way.
1. Select the Bluetooth icon in the Menu.
2. Then in the Options menu, select New paired device.
3. Choose the name of your Bluetooth device or Search for more devices, and your phone will search for it.
4. When it finds the Bluetooth GPS device an indicator light will blink, confirm its name by pressing Yes and type in the passcode.
5. Then accept the connection (Yes) and authorize it (Yes), and the pairing is complete.
1. Switch the GPS receiver on.
2. Set up a Bluetooth connection between your device and the GPS receiver.
3. Place the GPS receiver in a position with an unobstructed view of the sky.
4. Select the external GPS receiver when the application opens. The GPS connection is established, and you can start navigating.
