General shortcuts
Power key - Press once to switch between profiles. (General, Silent, Meeting, Outdoor, Pager, Offline)
Power key - Press and hold to switch your device on and off.
Home screen
Left selection key + functions key - Lock and unlock the keypad.
Call key - Open the call log.
0 - Press and hold to open your home page in the Web browser.
1 - Press and hold to call your voice mailbox.
Number key (2-9) - Call a phone number using speed dialling.
* - Press and hold to turn Bluetooth on/off.
One-touch keys and QWERTY input

Personalise the keys
1. Select Menu > Tools > Settings > General > Personalisation > One-touch keys
2. Select the key you want to change - your options are: Contacts key, Calendar key or Messaging key. You can also restore the default factory settings of the keys by selecting Restore defaults.
3. Choose the action for the key from the list, and then the key you want to change.
For each key you can define a different action for short presses and long presses. Select Short press to choose an application which opens when you press the key briefly. Select Long press to choose an application which opens when you press the key for a few seconds.

To access the profiles - press the power key briefly.
To switch the device to the Silent profile - press and hold #.
To Search for items in your device or on the internet - select Menu > Office > Search.
To Copy text - press and hold the shift key, and scroll to highlight the word or line of text you want to copy. Press ctrl + c.
Paste the copied text into a document - move to the correct place and press ctrl + v.
