In some cases, where Maps 3.03 is installed to your E55, it has been found that the application crashes when you try to share your location or sign in to the Ovi account. If this is happening with your device, please download the attached file and:
- Ensure that you have PC Suite/Ovi Suite installed on your PC/device.
- Read the section in your Nokia E55 user manual concerning USB cable connection.
- Connect your Nokia E55 to your PC with the USB cable supplied in the sales box.
- Select 'PC Suite/Ovi Suite' option in the menu displayed on your E55.
- Download Nokia_E55_32_0_2_S60SOA.sis and save to your computer.
- Navigate to the saved location on your PC and double left click on the Nokia_E55_32_0_2_S60SOA.sis to start installation to your device.
