Synchronise your Calendar with Nokia PC Suite

Keep your mobile calendar up to date with your computer’s calendar and you won’t miss an appointment or task. Nokia PC Suite is a set of applications that you can install in a compatible PC. Nokia PC Suite groups all available applications in a launcher window from which you can run the applications. Nokia PC Suite may be included on a memory card if one is provided with your device. You can use Nokia PC Suite to synchronise contacts, calendar, and to-do and other notes between your device and a compatible PC application, such as Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes. You can also use Nokia PC Suite to transfer bookmarks between your device and compatible browsers, and transfer images and video clips between your device and compatible PCs.

Note: When you prefer to synchronise your Calendar or Contacts using the Nokia E-mail solution or Mail for Exchange, it is recommended that you not use PC suite simultaneously.

Get started with Nokia PC suite:

  1. Make sure the memory card is inserted in your Nokia E55.
  2. Connect the USB cable. Your PC will recognise the new device and install the necessary drivers. This can take several minutes to complete.
  3. Select Mass storage as the USB connection mode in your device. Your device is displayed in the Windows file browser as a Removable Disk.
  4. Open the root directory of the memory card with the Windows file browser, and select PC Suite installation.
  5. The installation is started. Follow the displayed instructions.
