You device has an internal GPS receiver. When the 3G connection is active, the GPS antenna is also active. Your current location is displayed in the Maps gadget on the desktop.

Download and install Maps gadget

You can download and install Maps gadget to your laptop using Nokia Booklet software updater. Open the software updater. The updater automatically checks for the latests software versions and lists them. Choose Maps gadget, and click Install. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.

Note!

In order to see the current location in the Maps gadget, make sure that the GPS in your Booklet is able to connect to a satellite.

If you don’t see the Maps gadget on your desktop, click Start menu > All programs > Desktop Gadget Gallery and select the Maps gadget from the list.

Select the red dot (which shows your current location) for detailed information on your location.
