Nokia Music


Nokia music application is preinstalled in your Nokia Booklet laptop. Nokia Music is your gateway to Nokia Music Store, where you can stream and download from a library of millions of tracks.


With the Nokia Music application, you’ll also manage your entire music collection, and listen while you’re on the go.


You can also connect your suitable mobile device with your Nokia Booklet laptop, and synchronise your music collection with your mobile device to take your music with you even when you leave the laptop behind.


Get music and transfer to your Nokia Booklet


You can get started with Nokia Music by clicking the Nokia Music icon on your desktop.


Your music collection
You will see your music collection in the My music tab. From there you can also manage your collection and transfer music between your mobile device and your laptop.


If you don’t have any music in your PC collection, you can add tracks in several ways:

  • Click Import music in the middle of the window to browse your laptops folders and add music from your computer to your collection.
  • Click Store tab to enter Nokia Music Store for purchasing and downloading music to your collection. The tracks you have purchased are visible in your PC collection in the My music tab.


Transfer music between your PC collection and mobile device:

  1. Open Nokia Music application.
  2. Connect your mobile device with Nokia Booklet laptop.
    • You can connect your mobile device using a data cable or Bluetooth. For more information on creating a Bluetooth connectin, see the Get connected article.
  3. The icon for your mobile device is shown in the My device area.
  4. To transfer tracks from your PC collection to your mobile device, choose My PC from the My device area to see your PC collection in the middle of the window. Drag and drop the desired track from the collection to the icon for your mobile device. You can see a transfer progress indicator in the bottom of the window.
  5. To transfer tracks from your mobile device to your PC collection, choose the icon for your device from the My device area. You can see your mobile device’s music collection in the middle of the window. Drag and drop the desired track from the mobile collection to My PC. You can see a transfer progress indicator in the bottom of the window.
