Keyboard shortcuts

Using the keyboard shortcut keys makes using the applications more efficient.


General shortcuts:

    • Power key – Press once to switch between profiles. (Lock keypad, General, Silent, Meeting, Outdoor, Pager, Offline, Lock phone, Remove memory card, Activate power saving)
    • Power key – Press and hold to switch your device on and off.

Home screen:

    • Left selection key + * – Lock and unlock the keypad.
    • Call key – Open the call log.
    • 0 – Press and hold to open your home page in the Web browser.
    • 1 – Press and hold to call your voice mailbox.
    • Number key (2-9) – Call a phone number using speed dialling.

Tips for efficient use

    • Access the profiles – briefly press the power key.
    • Switch the device to the Silent profile – press and hold #.
    • When browsing web pages with the Web browser application or maps in the Maps application, press * to zoom in and # to zoom out.
    • Press and hold * to activate the Say and Play application.
