Messaging
Mail for exchange

To avoid rewriting messages that you send often, use texts in the Templates folder in Messaging > My folders. You can also create and save your own templates.

Organise messages

To create a new folder to organise your messages, select Messaging > My folders > Options > New folder. To move a message to another folder, select Options > Move to folder, the folder, and OK.

To sort messages in a specific order, select Options > Sort by. You can sort the messages by Date, Subject, Message type and Sender or Recipient.

Send files in multimedia messages

You can combine images, video, sound, and text to a presentation and send it in a multimedia message. Start to create a multimedia message, and select Options > Insert content > Insert presentation. The option is shown only if MMS creation mode in MMS settings is set to Guided or Free.

Special characters in messages

To open a list of special characters, press and hold *. To select several special characters from the special characters list, press 5 after each highlighted character.

Unable to open multimedia message?

If you receive multimedia messages that contain objects unsupported by your device, you cannot open them. Try to send these objects to another device such as a computer, and open them there.
