If your Bluetooth device is not selectable in the Manage Connections view, it is not visible in the System info either. To check Nokia PC Suite's detected Bluetooth drivers, open Nokia PC Suite and go to Help > About Nokia PC Suite > System info...

Follow the recommended installation order:

If the Bluetooth driver has been installed after Nokia PC Suite installation, try to uninstall Nokia PC Suite and Nokia PC Connectivity Solution (included in Nokia PC Suite 6.8 or newer). Then reinstall Nokia PC Suite.
