By selecting Training Diary you can see details of your workouts, including how many you have done of any particular activity, so you can monitor your training and make changes when necessary.
1. Select Training Diary to see the number of workouts
2. Select the day from the calendar to view the workouts on that day
3. Select the workout from the list to view details. Scroll down to see all related graphs
and details
4. Select Options > List view to view your workouts in a list
5. Select Options > Workout summary to view your workouts for a certain period
6. Select Options > Add workout to plan a new workout for
the selected day
