Previewing a file and checking its details is easy. In Gallery, select a file and see it appear in the File preview panel on the left. For music and videos, there are playback controls available.

You can manage your files using the icons above the preview screen. Move your mouse on top of the icons to see what you can do with them. Then, select whether to open the file, add a description tag to it, view in full screen, or delete the file.

To organise and sort your files for example by name or by the creation date, click the title of the desired column. The arrow next to the column name shows whether sorting was done in the ascending or descending order.

When you select a file in Gallery, you can view its details in the File preview panel on the left.

By selecting desired content types in the Filters and tags panel, you can decide which files you want to view in Gallery.

To classify files easily, tag them with keywords. Start by selecting a file in Gallery, and add a tag description for it in the File preview panel. The tag you added appears in the Filters and tags panel. You can then add the same tag for other files. Later, you can find all files classified by this keyword simply by clicking the tag in the Filters and tags panel.
