Nokia Music support

Use Unlimited Streaming

Unlimited Streaming is not available as part of the Comes With Music service, but can be purchased separately. For more information, see Introduction to the Comes With Music service and Nokia Music.

By subscribing to Unlimited Streaming in Nokia Music Store, you can listen to complete tracks in Hi-Fi quality audio (encoded in 128 or 192 kb/s).

The payment method you select during the subscription process is used to renew your subscription on a monthly basis, but you can cancel the subscription at any time. If you set up a credit or debit card as the default payment method for your purchases in Nokia Music Store, that card is automatically used to renew your Unlimited Streaming subscription.

If you remove the card that you bought the subscription with, all your subscriptions to Unlimited Streaming end when the current period ends.

To listen to a track or an album, sign in to Nokia Music, and click next to the item you want to listen to. Each track is added to the bottom of the Queue. Alternatively, drag and drop the album art image to the Queue. If you are not subscribed to Unlimited Streaming, a 30-second clip of the track is played. If you already have a licenced copy of the track in your PC music collection, it is played instead.

The subscription does not include downloads. To download tracks and listen to them on your PC without signing in to Nokia Music Store, you must download and pay for them separately.

To download the track you are streaming, click Buy next to the track in the Queue. If you have already bought the track, for example, on another PC, you can re-download the track or purchase it again.

To listen to streams, you must be online. A broadband connection is recommended.

Streaming is not available on a mobile device.
