Nokia Music support

To search for a specific track, album, or artist in Nokia Music Store, enter the artist name or track or album title, or both, in the search fields, and click . You must enter at least two valid characters for an artist search and three for a title search. To improve the accuracy of the search results, enter both the artist and track or album title.

Alternatively, you can browse through the genre pages or the charts to discover a wide selection of recommended music.

Browse genre pages

The genre pages in Nokia Music Store provide a selection of the artists, albums, and tracks from that genre. They also include new releases and charts (with a list of top downloads in each genre).

Play 30 second clips

To listen to a 30 second sample of a track in Nokia Music Store before you buy it, click next to the track title. Alternatively, drag and drop the album art image to the Queue. If you are subscribed to Unlimited Streaming, the complete track is streamed. If you already have a licenced copy of the track in your PC music collection, it is played instead.

The 30 second clip is not downloaded to your computer. To download the track you are listening to, click Buy next to the track in the Queue. If you have already bought the track, for example on another PC, you can re-download the track or purchase it again.

You can listen to a sample of most of the music in the catalogue without signing in. The sound quality of the clips is lower than in downloads and streams. For information on 30 second clips on your mobile device, see Mobile Help.

Use the wishlist

If you have joined the Comes With Music service, see Manage your account for more information on the wishlist.

With the wishlist, you can tag music in Nokia Music Store to listen to or buy later on your PC or mobile device. The selected tracks are saved as a list in your account.  

For example, you can sign in to Nokia Music Store from your compatible mobile device while on the move, and add tracks to your wishlist. You can then access the wishlist from your home PC and download the tracks. For information on how to use the wishlist on your mobile device, see Mobile help.

To create and save your wishlist, sign in to your Nokia Music Account. To add tracks or albums to the wishlist, click . You are not charged until you download your music.

To view your wishlist, sign in to your Nokia Music Account, and select My Account > Wishlist.

To download a track or an album on the wishlist, click .

To remove a track or an album from the wishlist, click .
