Re-download music

If you have joined the Comes With Music service, see Download and re-download tracks in Comes With Music and Nokia Music.

If you lose your downloaded music or have purchased music on your mobile device but did not download it straight away, you can re-download the music to your PC or mobile device.

Before re-downloading, it is recommended that you delete cookies and temporary internet files from your PC. For more information, see Troubleshooting.

To re-download music:

  • Sign in to your Nokia Music Account.
  • Select My Account > Music Vault.
  • Click Re-Download next to the track you want to re-download.

You can also re-download music to a different PC or mobile device, but this will use one of your download licences. For more information on download licences, see Digital Rights Management (DRM) and licences.

You can also use the re-download option for albums that are missing some tracks in your PC music collection. In this case, only the missing tracks are downloaded.
