Change personal or payment details

If you have joined the Comes With Music service, see also Manage your account.

To view and change your account details:

  1. Sign in to your Nokia Music Account.
  2. Click My Account, and select from the following:
    • Music Vault to view tracks and albums you have bought, and to re-download them
    • Personal Details to change your personal information, for example, contact information and password
    • Account Details to view the status of your credit and Unlimited Streaming subscription, to view your instant purchases, and to change your default payment method
    • Wishlist to view tracks and albums on your wishlist. For more information, see Use the wishlist.
    • Buy Credit to buy more credit to your account

View and change personal details

To change your personal details, select My Account > Personal Details. Make sure you keep your e-mail address up to date in case you lose your sign-in details.

If you forget your password, enter your user name in the sign-in field, and click Forgotten password. You receive a temporary password to your e-mail address. Sign in with the temporary password, and create a new one.

View and change payment details

To add a payment method:

  • Sign in to your Nokia Music Account.
  • Select My Account > Account Details.
  • Select Add new card, enter the required information, and select Continue.

Note that the card must be issued in the same country where your music store is located.

To remove a payment method, select Remove card.

Set up a default payment method

To make a credit or debit card your default payment method for instant purchases:

  • Sign in to your Nokia Music Account.
  • Select My Account > Account Details.
  • Select the card you want to make the default payment method for your instant purchases, and click Set as default.

To stop using the selected card as the default payment method, select Remove as default.

Note that if you remove a card which you have used to subscribe to Unlimited Streaming, your subscription will expire when the next payment is due.
