Nokia Music support

If you have purchased a Comes With Music device and want to join the service, see Join Comes With Music.

To create a Nokia Music Account on your PC:

1. Click the Join now link in the menu pane.

You are also prompted to open an account when you try to download or stream a track.

2. Choose a username and password.

The username and password must be different from each other. The password must consist of 6-20 characters, and it cannot contain any spaces or special characters. You can change your password later.

3. Enter your current e-mail address.

Make sure that you enter your e-mail address correctly and keep it updated regularly. If you reset your password, renew your Unlimited Streaming subscription, or purchase music, the notifications are sent to this e-mail address.

4. Enter your mobile phone number (optional). You can also sign up for a newsletter or text-based promotions during registration.
5. To finalise your registration, you must accept the Terms and Conditions.

You can access Nokia Music Store on a compatible mobile device with the same username and password.

Do not share your password with other people. If you forget your password, click Forgotten password on the sign-in page. You receive a temporary password to your e-mail address. Sign in with the temporary password, and create a new one.

A welcome e-mail is sent to you when your account is created. Keep it for your records, as it includes your sign-in information.

Note that Nokia may use personal data for certain uses relating to this service, as detailed in the Nokia Privacy Policy.

To change the personal details on your account, sign in, and click My Account > Personal Details. You can only request a new password and other reminders about your Nokia Music Account if you have a valid e-mail address.

To sign out of your Nokia Music Account, click Sign out.

Subscribe to newsletters

You can sign up for newsletters during the joining process.

To subscribe to newsletters later, do the following:

• Sign in to your Nokia Music Account.
• Select My Account > Personal Details.
• Select the "Send me the Nokia Music newsletter by email" checkbox.

To unsubscribe from the newsletter, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter, or clear the subscription check box.
