Nokia Music support

To join Nokia Music and sign in to Nokia Music Store, you must have cookies enabled in your internet settings.

To make Nokia Music Store a trusted site and to enable cookies, open Windows Control Panel, and select Internet options > Security. Add the address of the Nokia Music Store website to the list of trusted sites, and click Custom level. Set the security level to Medium or lower. If you select a level higher than Medium, cookies from the site are blocked.

You may also have to adjust the security level of your firewall and other internet security software.
