Nokia Music support

1. Navigation Area

Depending on your mood you can listen to your own music collection in the My Music tab or discover the latest hits or old classics in Nokia Music Store under the Store tab.

Searching My Music allows you to quickly find a track you want in Nokia music store Searching in the Store is really simple because it always tries to find a relevant match even if your spelling is incorrect.

You can also navigate in the music store, using the Home, Back and Forward buttons

2. Menu and account area

The Menu gives you access to all the main functions and settings in Nokia Music.

Members of Nokia Music can access their account information from this area. If you have not yet joined, click 'Join now' to begin.

If you are logged into your account, you will be able to see you account credit and in My Account you can view and manage account details such as your Music Vault, where you can recover your downloaded music.

3. Promotions

Promotions shows highlighted artists and special promotions in the music store

4. Register Comes With Music Subscription

If you have purchased a Comes With Music device, you will be able to set up your subscription here.

5. Charts, genres and playlists

Allows you to browse music store content by chart or genre, or to enjoy music from one of the specially select playlists

Quick access to the most popular content in the Nokia Music Store

7. Player

This area shows the currently playing track and has all the controls you’ll need for playing tracks. You can get instant recommendations from Nokia Music Store whenever you play a track, or by clicking on the blue vertical Recommended bar.

8. Queue

This is a list of tracks queued up ready to play. As you move through the list you can see what you’ve already listened to, what is currently playing and what’s up next. Roll over the track to see the artist and, if available, the album artwork too. You can drag and drop tracks anywhere in the list to create your own listening experience. Simply clear the list to start again or save it to MyPlaylists to listen to it time after time.

9. Current downloads

The download progress of tracks purchased from Nokia Music Store can be seen in this area.

Downloaded tracks are automatically added to your PC music collection. Look under Purchased Music in the My Account menu to re-download any of the tracks you have previously purchased.

If you want to transfer newly-purchased tracks to other devices, look at the Recently Added auto playlist in My Playlists.

10. Country Selector

Change to a Nokia Music Store from another country. You will need to set up an account and have a local credit card to each Nokia Music Store your purchase music from.
