Network Requirements

  • The Nokia Symbian S60 3rd edition phone must be able to connect to the corporate network using Wi-Fi or VPN.
  • If you require a connection to the corporate network while off the premises, the Nokia phone must be able to connect to the corporate network using a solid, high-bandwidth VPN connection.
  • To use VPN, users must download Nokia Mobile VPN client.
  • Mid-call features require 3G mobile network coverage.

  • Cisco Mobile for Nokia Release 8.x is designed to work on Symbian Series 60 3rd Edition FP1 and FP2 phones (for example, E72 and E75).
  • For Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Release 8.0(3a)SU2 and 8.5(1)SU2:
    • Cisco Mobile Release 8.5 and later and Nokia Call Connect coreside on a single Nokia S60 phone device with full functionality.
