2. How many color
schemes are found in the Nokia 8910i?
There are four different color scheme options to choose
from to personalize some of the user interface elements
– such as battery and network bars and other basic
indicators.
3. How does the
digital clock screen saver work in
the Nokia 8910i?
The screen saver uses so-called “partial display
mode,” which uses less power than the normal display
modes. In partial display mode, only a 32-pixel high area
of the display is active, and the rest of the display
is turned off. The active part scrolls over the display
from top to bottom.
When the partial display mode is activated, the active
area is in the top part of the display. After one minute,
it starts moving down at one-minute intervals. After it
has reached the bottom of the display, it starts again
at the top of the display.
The default timeout of the screen saver is 2 minutes.
You can define it between 5 seconds and 60 minutes.
You can keep a list of tasks you need to do. The notes
can contain the subject of the to-do note and the priority
of the note (High, Normal and Low).
The notes with higher priority are shown first in the
list.
8. Is voice dialing
possible with the Nokia 8910i?
Yes, voice dialing is possible. You can activate up to
10 phone numbers with a voice tag. A voice tag for a single
phone book entry can be up to 1.5 seconds long. The length
is sufficient for the full first name & the surname).
You can activate voice dialing in the standby mode with
a long press on the Names key. Alternatively, you can
activate the voice dialing with a headset with a long
press on the headset key.
