If you are using an infrared connection, reactivate the
infrared port of the phone and then restart Nokia PC Suite
5.02.
2. Nokia PC Suite 5.02 does not respond
during a data call.
It is not possible to use Nokia PC Suite 5.02 during a
data or fax call. End the data or fax call and restart
Nokia PC Suite 5.02.
3. I disconnected and then reconnected

Before reconnecting the phone, you should wait until Nokia
PC Suite 5.02 recognizes that you have disconnected the
phone. This process may take a few seconds. The phone
icon displayed on the status bar indicates the status
of the phone connection. In Nokia PC Sync, the Nokia PC
Sync tray icon appears yellow and white when the phone
is disconnected. If you have reconnected your phone too
early and experience problems, switch off your phone,
then switch it on again and restart Nokia PC Suite 5.02.
4. I cannot find the Connection Manager.
If you have installed only Modem Options, the Connection
Manager is not installed. When you install any other application,
the Connection Manager will always be installed.
5. How can I check the IrDA connection
in Windows 98?
Open the Microsoft Infrared Monitor.
Check that Infrared communication is enabled in
your system.
Check that the Infrared Monitor has found your Nokia
8910i phone. (For information on how to activate the
infrared port in your phone, refer to the printed
User Guide of the phone.)
