You can download the latest version of PC Suite from: http://www.nokia.com/support/phones/8910i/
under Software.

To install PC Suite 5.02, run the setup exe for PC Suite 5.02.

During the installation, your PC will ask you which applications of PC Suite 5.02 you want to install and also which modems (Bluetooth or infrared) you wish to install.
