Transferring Music Files Using the Audio Manager

Want to listen to your favorite music while on the go?

Transfer MP3 or AAC music files from a compatible PC to your Nokia 7600 phone using Nokia Audio Manager.


Saving tracks from a CD
  1. On the PC, open Nokia Audio Manager and insert the audio CD
  2. Select CD player to open the player window
  3. Select the tracks you want to save; multiple tracks can be selected by using the CTRL or SHIFT buttons on the PC
  4. To save the tracks, press the right mouse button and select Save tracks
  5. Select Music Studio to add tracks to playlists or to transfer to the phone
Transferring tracks to phone
  1. Check that the PC and phone are connected with the supplied connectivity cable
  2. Open Nokia Audio Manager and select Music Studio
  3. Select a folder from Gallery (or create a new one) under the Nokia 7600 icon in the Phone area
  4. In the Music Studio window, click +Add
  5. Browse through Windows folders to select files
  6. In Music Studio, highlight the tracks or playlists you wish want to transfer to the phone
  7. Click Transfer to phone
NOTE:
If you selected more music than can fit on the phone memory, you get an error message. Deselect some of your selected music tracks until the selection fits.
