USB Port For Fast Local Connections

The Pop-Port™ connector at the bottom of your Nokia 7600 phone includes a Universal Serial Bus (USB) port that allows fast data transfer via the DKU-2 cable between the phone and a PC provided with a compatible USB port.

For the USB connection, you need to have one of the following operating systems installed on the PC:

Windows 98 SE

Windows Me

Windows 2000

Windows XP

Install the appropriate USB drivers that come on the CD-ROM supplied with your Nokia 7600 phone. For installation instructions, see the documentation supplied with the drivers.

Exit all phone functions before connecting your Nokia 7600 phone to the PC with the USB cable.

NOTE:

		Do not connect the USB cable to the PC before you have installed the DKU-2 drivers from the CD-ROM in the sales package.
