Adjusting the Camera Settings

To adjust the camera settings: Press Menu in standby mode, and select Camera and Settings.

  • Select Default mode to select the camera mode (standard, portrait, night mode, or video) that will be used by default when you activate the camera by pressing the camera key.

  • Select Image quality to select how much a photo will be compressed when the phone saves it. High provides the best image quality but takes more memory. Normal and Basic provide lower image quality but take less memory.

  • Select Video clip length to set the maximum length for video clips recorded with the camera. If you select Default, the maximum length is 15 seconds. The maximum length of a video clip is 2 minutes 30 seconds.

  • Select Camera sounds to set the shutter and self-timer sounds on or off. The shutter sound is heard when you take a photo. The self-timer sound is heard when the self-timer is running.

  • Select Default title to define a default name for photos and video clips. If you want to use the preset title, select Automatic. If you want to define your own title, select My title.

 
NOTE:
  The maximum length of a video clip is 2 minutes 30 seconds.
