To enter the Instant messages menu while still offline, press Menu > Messages > Instant messages. Activate a service and then select:

• Login to connect to the service.

Select one of the available sets. If necessary, key in the User ID: and Password:. When the phone has successfully connected, Logged in is displayed.

To disconnect from the service, select Logout.
