Did you know...

Because delivery of multimedia messages can fail for a variety of reasons, do not rely solely upon them for essential communications.

A multimedia message can contain text, picture and sound. The phone supports multimedia messages that are up to 45 KB in size. If the maximum size is exceeded, the phone may not be able to receive the message.

To try out a Java™ simulation about writing and sending an MMS message, click here >>. (File size: 574 KB, loading time on a 56 kbps modem: approximately 2 min 07 sec)
  1. Press Menu.

  2. Select Messages > Multimedia msgs. > Create message.

  3. Key in a message.

  4. To insert a picture, press Options and select Insert image. The list of available folders in the Gallery is shown.

  5. Open the desired folder and select the picture. The indicator on the header of the message indicates that a picture has been attached.

  6. To view the message before sending it, press Options.

  7. Select Preview.

  8. To send the message, press Options.

  9. Select Send to number  (or Send to e-mail).

  10. Key in the number and press OK. To search for the phone number in the phone book, press Search instead of keying in the number.

  11. The message is now moved to the Outbox for sending. You will be notified when it has been sent.
