1. How many Xpress-on™ covers are available?

You can choose from two inbox colors - Blue and Plum. There are also four extra colors available as enhancements: Gray, Olive, Brown and Green.

2. Are there any new functionalities in the Stereo Headset HDS-3?

There are no new functionalities as such, but the whole concept of wearing the product around your neck is new.

3. What is the new Pop-Port™ interface connector?

The Nokia Pop-Port™ connector will be a primary interface connector in future Nokia phones. It has been designed for the mobile environment and supports advanced functionalities, such as digital accessory identification, stereo audio or fast data connectivity. With the launch of the Pop-Port connector, Nokia will gradually open parts of the interface and license the specifications to both accessory and phone manufacturers. This will significantly expand the choice of innovative and appealing enhancements from companies experienced in the music, entertainment and imaging arena, for example.

4. Is the Pop-Port™ interface completely different from current interfaces?

The connector and some of the mechanical properties are different from current interfaces. The charger connector interface is the same as the current Nokia 3.5 mm DC plug. Please check charger compatibility in your Nokia 7250 User's Guide.

5. Can I use my older Nokia enhancements with a Pop-Port™ compatible Nokia phone?

You cannot use your older enhancements with a Pop-Port™ compatible Nokia phone, with the exception of Nokia chargers. For detailed information, see your Nokia 7250 User Guide.

6. What are the connectivity options with a Pop-Port™ interface?

With the Pop-Port™ interface you can connect the phone to a USB compatible PC with the Connectivity Adapter Cable (DKU-5). You can also connect the Nokia 7250 to a compatible PC via Infrared.

7. How can I connect two Nokia phones to each other with the Pop-Port™ interface?

It is not possible to connect two phones via the interface. If you want to move content from one phone to another, you have to use Nokia PC Suite or some other interface such as infrared, for example.

Nokia wants to serve its users in the best possible way by introducing innovative and comfortable new enhancements. This new boom headset is a good example of an easy-to-use and comfortable handsfree device.

10. What are the functionalities of the new Loopset LPS-4?

The Loopset offers Mobile Freedom for hearing-aid users. It is a convenient, easy-to-use portable loopset for users of T-coil equipped hearing aids. The Loopset features answering and ending calls, and it can also be connected to other audio devices and used as an inductive loopset for listening to music from other devices. The loopset can also be connected to a cochlear implant.

External audio input feature requires support from the phone software. The Nokia 7250 phone software does not support this feature. Check www.nokia.com or www.nokiaaccessibility.com for future announcements of external audio input. For more information, please contact your local dealer.

11. Which vehicle enhancements can be used with the Nokia 7250?

12. What is Full Car Kit CARK-126?

CARK-126 provides handsfree functionality with a connection to a compatible external antenna. Car kit features include car radio mute, charging, ignition sense, and phone-specific voice dialing features. Full car kit consists of separately sold Nokia Car Installation Kit CARK-126, Mobile Holder MBC-15S and HHS-15, and Antenna Coupler AXF-15S. Note that a qualified professional should install Nokia Car Kits.
