You can download the latest version of PC Suite from: http://www.nokia.com/support/phones/7210/
under Software.

To install PC Suite 5.0, run the setup exe for PC Suite 5.0.

If you want to use a cable, you will have connect your phone to your PC via the cable during the installation process.
