  The mobile e-mail application on the Nokia 6820 enables you to log in to a private or business e-mail account supporting POP3, IMAP4, or SMTP protocols.

In addition, the Nokia 6820 messaging device supports BlackBerry e-mail connectivity. It allows e-mail to come to you, rather than having to log in to a server and manually fetching it. BlackBerry is an operator-dependent feature, and requires a subscription for the service.
