To send data using infrared (IR), make sure that the IR ports
of the devices are pointing at each other approximately one
meter apart, and that there are no obstructions between the
devices.
To connect to a device using infrared:
- Select Menu -> Settings -> Connectivity
-> Infrared
- When the infrared icon blinks, your phone is trying to
connect to the other device or a connection has been lost.
- When the infrared icon is shown continuously, the IR connection
has been activated.
Once the infrared connection has been established, the user
of the sending phone selects the desired IR function to start
data transfer.
