  2. Select Voice mailbox number to save the number of your voice mailbox or Listen to voice messages to call it.
Settings for Contacts

Press Contacts and select Settings.

Select:
  • Memory in use to select the phone book you want to use. To recall names and numbers from both phone books, select Phone and SIM.
  • Phone book view to select how the names (and numbers) in the phone book are displayed.
  • Memory status to see how many names and phone numbers are currently saved and how many can still be saved in the selected phone book.
The internal phone book may save up to 500 names with numbers and textual notes for each name. How many names can be saved depends on the length of the names, and the number and length of phone numbers and text items.

You can also add a compatible image to a name or number saved in the phone's internal memory. Scroll to the name, and then press Details, Options, and Add image.
NOTE

You can lock the keypad to prevent the keys being accidentally pressed. In standby mode, press Menu and then *. To unlock the keypad, press Unlock and then *.

TIP

To quickly save a phone number, in standby mode, key in the phone number and press Save. Key in the name, then press OK and Done.
