Your phone display tells you what is going on. See a list of the indicators shown on the display.

Once your phone is charged and you are ready to start using it, you may want to change the tone settings. Press Menu in standby mode, and select Settings and Tone settings. For more information about ringing tones, see Personalization in the Using Your Phone section.

For automatic keyguard and network selection settings, select Settings and Phone settings.

Use Auto-update of date & time in Time and date settings to set the phone to automatically update the time and date according to the current time zone. (This is a network service)
