2. Are there any new functionalities
in the Stereo Headset HDS-3?
There are no new functionalities as such, but the whole
concept of wearing the product around your neck is new.
The Nokia 6610 phone is also the first Nokia phone with
a Pop-Port™ interface connector. The Nokia Pop-Port™
connector will be a primary interface connector in future
Nokia phones. It has been designed for the mobile environment
and supports advanced functionalities, such as digital
accessory identification, stereo audio or fast data connectivity.
With the launch of the Pop-Port™ connector, Nokia
will gradually open parts of the interface and license
the specifications to both accessory and phone manufacturers.
This will significantly expand the choice of innovative
and appealing accessories from companies experienced in
the music, entertainment and imaging arena, for example.
4. Which Nokia phones support the
Pop-Port™ interface?
The Nokia 6610 phone is the first Nokia phone with the
Pop-Port™ interface. The Nokia Pop-Port™ connector
will be a primary interface connector in future Nokia
phones. However, Pop-Port™ will not replace old
interfaces immediately.
5. Is the Pop-Port™ interface completely
different from current interfaces?

User Guide.
6. Which accessories are available
for the Pop-Port™ interface?
Current accessories available include a Boom headset,
Stereo headset, Inductive loopset, Headrest handsfree,
Connectivity adapter cable and Vehicle accessories.
7. Can I use my older Nokia accessories

compatible Nokia phone, with the exception of Nokia chargers.
For detailed information, see your Nokia 6610 User Guide.
8. What are the connectivity options
with a Pop-Port™ interface?
With the Pop-Port™ interface you can connect the phone
to a USB compatible PC with the Connectivity Adapter Cable

PC via Infrared.
9. How can I connect two Nokia phones
to each other with the Pop-Port™ interface?
