 Nokia PC Sync allows you to synchronize contacts, calendar and to-do items between your Nokia 5100 and your PC Personal Information Manager (PIM) (e.g. Outlook), enabling you to keep the information up-to-date on both your phone and PC. The wide selection of synchronization options makes it possible to personalize synchronization according to your needs and preferences.

This feature allows you to define synchronization settings between your Nokia 5100 and your PIM. Here, amongst other things, This is where you can define things like whether your phone overwrites your PC or vice versa, which types of information are synchronized and when synchronization takes place. You must create a new synchronization when, for example, you want to change the PIM you are synchronizing with.
